Khubsoorat nazar ana har larki ya aurat ki fitri khawahish hoti hai. Zail main kuch aise hee gharelo totkay (uppay) darj keye ja rehe hain jo apke balon (hair), chehre (face), jild (skin), ankhon (eyes), honton (lips) ko mazeed jazib e nazar bana sakte.

Oily balon (hair) ke liye totkay/ uppay Urdu / Hindi main
Oily balon ko zyada safai ki zarorat hoti hay,aik spoon sirka,aik adapt lemon,or aik cup pani main hal kar ke balon main dalein or is ko halka masaj kar ke balon ko tar karein.
Girte balon (falling hair) ke liye totkay/ uppay
Girte balon ke liye narial ke oil main casteroil mix kar ke lagaein.

Khubsorat baalon (beautiful hair) k leye totkay/ uppay
Khubsorat balon ke liye kalvanji pees kar is ke sath sar dhoen.

Balon main chamak (hair brightness) k leye totke/ upay Urdu / Hindi main

Agar oil ki malish ki jaye to bi baal chamkdar hote hain takreban 2 ghante oil ko balon main laga rehne dain.

Lambe baalon (long hair) ke liye totke/ upay

Lambalon ke liye Amle lain in ko til ke oil main dal kar khub pakaei,jab amle pak jaein to in ko chan kar alag kar lein kisi bottle main dal lain oe rozana khub malish karein.

Kamzor baalon (weak hair) ke liye totkay/ uppay
Amle,sikakai,or rethe barabar migdar main powder ki form mainle lein sar dhone se 30 minute kabal pani main behgo kar rakh lein phir balon main lagain.

Ache baalon (healthy hair) ke liye totkay/ upay
Sar ko amle ke pani se dhooein.

Palkein (eyebrow) lambi karne ke liye totkay/ uppay
Casteroil ka oil use karne se palkein lambi hun gi.raat ko sone lagein to zatoon ka oil halka garm kar ke palkon par lagein.

Khubsorat ankhon (beautiful eyes) ke liye totke/ upay

Ankhon par ark-e-gulab ki chintein marne se ankein khubsorat hotein hain.

Saaf or chamakdar ankhon (bright eyes) ke liye totkay/ uppay
Saaf or chamakdar ankhon ke liyeaik cup pani main aik chutki namak mila lein is roi ki madat se is ko 15 minute ke liye ankho par rakhein.

Ankhon ke halke (dark circles) dor karne ke totky/ uppay
Ankhon ke halke dor karne ke liye kam-aj-kam 8 ghante sona bohot zarori hy,istamal shudha pati se bi halke dor ho jate hain.

Ankho (eyes) ka warm dor karne ke totke/ uppay
Sohaga bhon kar khar kar lein din main do bar ankhon par lagaein warm dor ho jaye ga.

Ankhon main honey dalne se ankhein khubsorat hotein hain.

Ankhon (eyes) ki sojan ke liye totkay/ uppay
Ankhon ki sojan ke liye roi ko doodh main dip kar ke 8 se 10 minute ankhon par rakhne se ankhon ki sojan dor hoti hay.

Nazar (eyesight) ki kamzori ke liye totky/ upay
Suraj mokhi ke beej khane se binai dorst rehi hay.

Zatoon ke oil main chand drops lemon ked al kar raat ko sote waqt lagain.
